Our instruments are five-figure-plus investments for discerning clients worldwide. We are seeking a creative powerhouse to translate the story of our craftsmanship into compelling ad content.
The Role:
We are looking for a hybrid Meta Ads Manager & Video Editor who specializes in creating high-impact, short-form video content for high-ticket products. Your primary responsibility will be to produce a steady stream of video ads (Reels, TikToks) that are engineered to perform within Meta's new AI-driven "Andromeda" algorithm.
You are a creative at heart who understands that in today's ad environment, the creative is the targeting. You will manage our Meta ad account, but your main focus will be on the hands-on creation and editing of video content that drives high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing & Production: Edit and produce a portfolio of short-form video ads (Reels format) based on our core creative pillars. This includes editing raw footage, adding text overlays, sourcing music, and ensuring all content is optimized for mobile "safe zones."
Creative Pillar Execution: Systematically create ad variations for our key creative concepts, including:

Product Demos & Features/Benefits
"Us vs. Them" and Positioning Tests
Meta Ads Management: Manage the consolidated campaign structure within Meta Ads Manager, launching new creatives, monitoring performance, and optimizing for high-quality leads (MQLs).
High-Ticket Strategy: Apply your experience from advertising five-figure (and up) products to develop creative that speaks to an affluent, discerning audience.
Qualifications:
Expert-level proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut). A strong portfolio of short-form video work (Reels, TikToks) is required.
Proven experience managing Meta Ad campaigns for high-ticket products or services (e.g., luxury goods, high-end consulting, five-figure items).
Deep understanding of how to create ads that work with Meta's AI ("Andromeda"), where the creative does the targeting.
Experience editing various content styles, from polished brand stories to authentic, raw UGC.
A keen eye for mobile-first design, including text placement within Reels/TikTok safe zones.
