JOB OVERVIEW

Our current fantastic VA has moved on due to other commitments and I’m looking for someone who can step in immediately and take full ownership of our daily operations.

I need someone who genuinely understands lead generation, data sourcing and high volume outreach.

You must be confident in:

Daily LinkedIn mass outreach

Daily email mass outreach

Sourcing accurate contact information from websites and social media to build our agent database

Maintaining and updating tracking sheets (leads, replies, follow-ups, conversions)

Reporting daily performance metrics clearly and consistently

Property responsibilities include sourcing suitable properties throughonline portals based on detailed client briefs. Accuracy and speed are important.

You will also monitor incoming business enquiries via WhatsApp and email, respond professionally/promptly and handle general admin tasks to keep the business running smoothly.

What I’m looking for:

Highly efficient, organised and proactive

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication

Understands lead generation, list building and cold email

Able to build and manage a referral pipeline through LinkedIn

Great with spreadsheets (Google Spreadsheets), tracking systems and reporting

High-level professionalism, work ethic and reliability

Someone ready to take charge of everything from outreach to admin

Excellent English Speaking and Writing
