JOB OVERVIEW

The Role: We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our e-commerce team. Your main mission? Create "stop-the-scroll" static ads for Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. We don't just want pretty images; we want creatives that drive CTR and sales.

What you'll do:

Design high-performance static ads with IA EXPERT (single images, carousels, collages).

Write and implement punchy on-image copy (Hooks, CTAs) in perfect American English.

Iterate rapidly based on performance data (e.g., "This color worked better, let's scale it").

Maintain a consistent brand vibe while testing new angles.

Requirements:

Native/Fluent American English is non-negotiable. You must understand US slang, cultural nuances, and consumer psychology to write compelling text on images.

Expert in IA, Photoshop, Figma, or Canva.

Proven portfolio of social media ads (not just logos or branding).

Understanding of Direct Response Marketing principles.
