JOB OVERVIEW

Amazon Product Research VA (Philippines – Work From Home)

*Location: Remote (Philippines only)
*Schedule: Full-time, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM US time (night shift PH time)
*Position Type: Long-term, full-time

About the Role

We are a US-based Amazon business looking for a reliable, detail-oriented "Product Research / Inventory Expansion VA" based in the Philippines.

Your main job will be to 'review products from our existing suppliers', compare them to Amazon listings, and add profitable items to our internal spreadsheet so we can list them for sale. The goal is simple: add as many profitable, correctly-analyzed SKUs as possible.

Key Responsibilities

* Review products on websites from suppliers where we already have open accounts
* Search for and match those products on Amazon (US and possibly other marketplaces)
* Check pricing, fees, competition, and sales rank to identify **profitable, viable products**
* Calculate basic profitability (e.g., cost, Amazon fees, profit, ROI, margin)
* Enter all approved products into Google Sheets/Excel with complete and accurate data
* Follow our SOPs for:

* Product matching
* Minimum ROI/profit requirements
* Excluding restricted / problematic items
* Communicate progress and questions clearly via chat/email and regular check-ins
* Assist with updating and cleaning existing product/price sheets as needed

Requirements

* Must be based in the Philippines
* Fluent/proficient in written and spoken English
* Previous experience as an Amazon VA / Product Researcher / Online Arbitrage or Wholesale VA
* Strong experience using:

* Amazon marketplace for product research
* Google Sheets or Excel
* (Bonus) Tools like Keepa, SellerAmp, Helium 10, etc.
* Ability to **accurately match products** between supplier websites and Amazon (no guessing)
* Comfortable working 'night shift' to match US business hours
* Fast and stable internet connection and a reliable computer
* High attention to detail, organized, and able to follow instructions/SOPs
* Honest, reliable, and looking for a long-term position

Nice to Have (Not Required)

* Experience with Amazon wholesale specifically
* Familiarity with FBA fees, Buy Box, and basic Amazon policies
* Experience creating product lists for other Amazon sellers

Work Schedule & Compensation

* Full-time: 40 hours per week
* Work hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM US Eastern time (night shift in PH)
* Competitive salary in PHP (to be discussed during the interview, based on experience)
