Insurance Claims Support Opportunity (Remote) - ENGLISH
Liveops is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Independent Contractors to support inbound First Notice of Loss (FNOL) calls for a leading insurance provider. As an Insurance Claims Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting callers during the initial stages of their insurance claims, ensuring accuracy, empathy, and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound FNOL calls with empathy and efficiency.
Document caller information and claim details accurately.
Follow client-provided FAQs and scripts to ensure consistent service.
Maintain compliance with client expectations and Liveops standards.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and guidelines.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
Ability to operate independently and manage time effectively.
Previous customer service experience preferred.

Earning Potential:
This opportunity pays for time spent supporting inbound calls
$6 USD per hour productive time
New Liveops Independent contractors are eligible to earn up to $50 in incentives for completing certification and meeting client performance metrics.
Available Hours:
Independent Contractors choose their own schedule by self-scheduling in 30-minute blocks. (2 commits = 1 hour)

If you choose to participate in this program and meet the required standards, you will need to complete a client-mandated certification:
Certification may take up to 2 weeks to complete
Live sessions will occur between 10 pm PHT - 4 am PHT
All certification requirements for the program must be posted by the deadlines.
Attendance and participation at live virtual classroom sessions is required by the client.
Must complete certification to move to Nesting.
