Hello!

We are a well established agency in Australia that builds online businesses for our clients.

And we already have a great team of happy Filipino workers that we really enjoy working with.

We understand the 13th month and other details :)

Our founder needs an extremely reliable senior website developer for ongoing projects.

Outcomes of the job:

- You can handle a variety of web development tasks including Wordpress troubleshooting, debugging, maintenance and full site builds.
- You will be able to take a brief for a website, this could include wireframes, PSD, figma design etc and implement a fully functioning website on Wordpress CMS (or other platforms as required)
- Your websites must be HIGH quality and get AMAZING results for our clients
- You understand the essential things EVERY website needs... we don't need to ask you where the Favicon is. ????

We're looking for someone amazing to work with for the long term. If you're looking for the same old, same old then this won't be for you.

You'll need to include the word RAD somewhere in your response so that we'll see you understand this brief.

Role Requirements:

- Must enjoy working remotely with MINIMAL hand holding
- Must be a ninja at English written communications
- Good English on phone/meetings
- Must have a lot of experience working with a western company
(USA, Australia, UK, Etc)
- You have no problems building a website from scratch
- Understanding of technical on-page SEO
- Advanced Wordpress Experience essential
- Experience with other platforms such as Shopify, Squarespace etc is a bonus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to self manage
- Must be a proactive problem solver who finds the solutions first BEFORE asking questions
- Strong attention to detail and superb time management skills

Role details:

- To start, this role will be part-time, project-based, with opportunity for more
- Provide the highest level of support quickly and without fuss
- Irregular hours may be required at times - however you must be available during at least part of Australian business hours.
