PROJECT SUMMARY

You will complete a full digital system migration for an Australian health business, centralising all data, contacts, communications, and calling systems into one unified platform (Google Workspace + GoHighLevel + AirCall/GHL Phone).

This project must be delivered in 4 weeks, with clear milestones and weekly demos.

PROJECT GOAL

By the end of 4 weeks, the business must have:

- Google Workspace fully cleaned
- All files moved into Shared Drives
- All emails routed properly
- All contacts unified inside GHL
- WhatsApp integrated
- Facebook Messenger integrated
- Phone system migrated
- Tagging + segmentation framework live
- Pipelines + workflows automated
- Every message + call logged in GHL
- Full documentation provided

WEEK-BY-WEEK DELIVERABLES
WEEK 1 – GOOGLE WORKSPACE MIGRATION

Deadline: End of Week 1
Demo Required: Workspace walkthrough + permissions review

- Email address books (of all the email accounts listed above and CONSOLIDATE into Contacts Lists
- Clean all data & remove duplicates
- Import everything into GoHighLevel

Build custom fields + segments for:

- GP Referrers
- Corporate Clients
- Recruiters
- NDIS / Aged Care

Build Messenger automation for new leads
- Set up SMS templates + triggers
- Ensure ALL messages go into:
- GHL Conversations
- Correct pipeline
- Correct owner
- Set up Admin + Clinician message routing rules

Final Output:
