JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing marketing agency looking to bring on an experienced operations manager to help move projects forward and on track. We're a small but mighty team of 4. We provide Marketing and AI services (AI lead follow up, appointment booking, etc) to local businesses in the US.

CORE OUTCOME
- Help us scale our agency by turning plans/notes/SOPs into clear ClickUp tasks (owners, due dates, simple definition of done) and drive projects to “done” with proactive follow-through.

MUST-HAVES
- Proven project/ops management
- Very technical & systems-oriented; process/SOP optimizer
- Strong people skills; can coordinate within our team
- ClickUp/Asana/Trello power user; crisp written English

NOT REQUIRED BUT NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with GHL / GoHighLevel & Clickup
- Experience scaling a digital/marketing agency to a large company

WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- Process design from “client closed” ? launch ? updates
- Automation strategy + clear specs for devs
- Delivery management (dates, dependencies, follow-ups)
- KPIs/reporting: cycle time, on-time rate, first-pass yield
- Light admin assistant tasks to free the founder

HOURS
- 40 hrs/week with at least 4 hrs overlap between 2:00–11:00 a.m. PHT (rest flexible)

COMPENSATION
- ?50,000–?90,000/month DOE • bi-weekly via Wise/Payoneer • long-term • 13th-month considered
