???? About the Role

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer + Social Media Content Creator to join our team. This position is perfect for a creative individual who loves designing unique characters, animated graphics, and custom visual assets that stand out on social media.

You will work closely with our brand owner to create original artwork, turn ideas into eye-catching content, and help manage and grow our social media presence using the designs you create.

???? What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

Graphic Design & Animation
• Create one-off unique character designs, illustrations, and custom visuals for brand marketing
• Design animated graphics, GIFs, stickers, short loops, and visual assets for ads and social media
• Develop brand-consistent artwork for packaging, promotional materials, and product drops
• Produce creative concepts based on trends, ---------- s, and pop-culture ---------- nts
• Collaborate on storyboards for short animated clips or product promo videos

Social Media Content Creation & Management
• Turn graphic designs into polished social media posts, reels, stories, and ads
• Help plan and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Optimize posts for engagement, reach, and follower growth
• Assist with captions, hashtag strategy, and post timing
• Track content performance and recommend creative improvements

???? Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong portfolio showcasing character design, illustrations, or animated artwork
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Canva, Procreate, or similar
• Ability to create clean, modern, stylized illustrations that match brand aesthetics
• Experience creating content for social media platforms
• Basic understanding of social media growth strategies and current trends
• Good English communication skills
• Reliable computer + fast internet connection
• Ability to work California (PST) hours

• Experience with animation / motion graphics
• Experience with video editing (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, etc.)
• Experience managing professional IG/TikTok accounts
• Ability to brainstorm and pitch creative concepts
• Familiarity with cannabis/counterculture branding or streetwear style design
