We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency working with restaurants and hospitality brands. We shoot high-quality content (Sony S-Log3 .mxf files) and are looking for a full-time video editor who specializes in viral short-form editing for Instagram Reels and TikTok.

You’ll be working inside Adobe Premiere Pro using our custom LUTs, compensation LUTs, and structured editing workflow to produce polished, high-performing Reels for multiple restaurant clients.

If you love fast-paced edits, viral hooks, TikTok-style pacing, and making food content look incredible — this is for you.

???? Responsibilities

You will work inside a proven, efficient system:

Daily Editing Tasks

Edit short-form vertical videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok

Work with Sony S-Log3 .mxf footage

Apply our custom Adobe Premiere LUTs and S-Log3 compensation LUTs

Follow our structured flow for pacing, hooks, transitions, and rhythm

Create viral-friendly edits (fast hooks, dynamic pacing, scroll-stopping style)

Add simple effects based on our in-house tutorial videos

Add text overlays and captions/subtitles when needed

Maintain brand consistency across multiple restaurant clients

Organize and properly label footage, timelines, and exports

Deliver edits quickly and handle revisions as needed

Strong experience editing IG Reels and TikToks

Skilled in creating viral-style short-form videos

Must be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro

Must have experience working with Sony footage + S-Log3

Ability to color-correct LOG footage using LUTs

Excellent sense of pacing, hooks, and engaging storytelling

Strong organizational skills

Fast turnaround time

Reliable internet + backup

Available full-time

Consistent with deadlines and revisions

? Bonus Skills (Not required but valuable)

Experience editing food/restaurant or lifestyle content

Familiarity with TikTok and IG trend formats

Experience with sound syncing, beat matching, light motion

DaVinci Resolve exposure (not required)

Basic CapCut knowledge

Good sense of modern aesthetics
