Job Overview:
I am seeking a motivated and articulate Bilingual (Spanish-English) Cold Caller - Real Estate to join our our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting property owners, investors, and business prospects to generate leads, set appointments, and update client records in the CRM system. Spanish fluency is required, as outreach calls will involve Spanish-speaking property owners.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and property owners (English & Spanish) to introduce commercial real estate services.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for brokers or acquisition managers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM software.
Research and identify new property or client opportunities.
Provide daily updates and reports on outreach activities and results.
Qualifications:
Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).
Previous experience in real estate cold calling or lead generation preferred.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily.
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, Podio, or similar) is a plus.
