The Role:
You'll be responsible for calling warm leads who have expressed interest through our cold
Your Day-to-Day:
Call warm leads (those who responded to
Make cold calls to prospects during available time
Document all conversations and updates in our CRM and calling platform (likely Salesfinity)
Provide weekly reports covering: total dials made, meetings booked, challenges faced, and recommendations for improvement
Requirements (Must Have):
Perfect English speaking skills - you'll be representing our clients to decision-makers
Available to work EST hours (9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time)
Minimum 1 year of cold calling/appointment setting experience
Comfortable using CRM systems and call tracking tools
Strong note-taking and documentation skills
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple client accounts
Bonus Points:
Previous experience working at a marketing or lead generation agency
Experience with B2B appointment setting
Familiarity with Salesfinity or similar calling platforms
What We're Looking For:
Someone who is professional, persistent, and skilled at turning interest into action. You should be comfortable handling objections, asking qualifying questions, and representing multiple brands professionally.
