ABOUT US
Superb Cleaners LLC is a U.S.-based professional cleaning company that delivers top-quality residential and commercial cleaning services. We’re growing quickly and looking for a motivated, reliable, and energetic Virtual Assistant to join our team full-time.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Outreach:
- Respond to inbound leads, provide quotes, and close the deal
- Call potential customers to set up recurring cleaning schedules
- Reach out to local businesses to offer commercial cleaning services
- Contact previous customers to encourage repeat bookings
- Maintain and organize data in Google Sheets and Excel

Scheduling & Operations:
- Book cleaning appointments
- Schedule and manage bookings and assign cleaners to jobs using Booking Koala
- Organize commercial cleaning walk-throughs with prospects and owner/cleaner
- Manage calendars to avoid double-bookings and ensure smooth operations

Customer Service:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues professionally
- Call customers after cleanings to check satisfaction
- Encourage happy customers to leave Google reviews
- Administrative Support
- Maintain CRM (Go High Level) and scheduling software (Booking Koala)
- Track leads, conversions, and customer feedback

REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in customer service, sales, or scheduling
- Strong sales and closing skills
- Fast learner with a positive, proactive attitude
- Must be able to work independently and takes initiative to complete task that need to be done (pretty much don't wait to be told to do something, find something to do because there is a lot to do)
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections
- Tech-savvy: able to use scheduling tool (Booking Koala), CRMs (Go High Level), and Google Workspace (especially sheets/excel and docs)
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Must be able to work on Eastern Standard Time (9am - 5/6pm)

PREFERRED SKILLS - not required:
- Prior experience working with cleaning or service-based businesses
- Familiarity with tools like Booking Koala, Go High Level, Slack, or ----------
- Ability to upsell recurring services and build long-term customer relationships
