JOB OVERVIEW

The Virtual Assistant (Cold Calling & Lead Generation) is responsible for generating qualified leads, contacting potential customers, updating our CRM, and supporting the outbound sales process. This is a high-interaction, communication-focused role where confidence and English fluency are essential.

You will be speaking directly with U.S. businesses every day. 10 am -3pm

Cold Calling & Lead Generation
Make 100–120 outbound calls per day, Have 20–30 live conversations with potential customers, Generate 3–5 qualified leads per day, Offer promotional incentives (e.g., free T-shirt) when necessary to secure a lead or meeting

Compensation
The role starts at $400/month for the first 30 days, increases to $500/month for days 31–60, and then to $700/month ongoing once KPIs are consistently met. You’ll also earn $1 per qualified lead, plus $5–$20 bonuses based on order size. For larger orders of $2,000+ that you help generate, you receive 3%–7% commission depending on total monthly sales influenced.

To be considered for this position, all applicants must submit a 2 minute mock cold call video demonstrating their English fluency, confidence, tone, and phone presence. In the video, you should introduce yourself as calling from South Side Printing, explain that we provide shirts, hoodies, and promotional products, ask the prospect if they ever order items like these, respond to one mock objection, and close by requesting the best email to send pricing. Applications without this video will not be reviewed.
