[About the Role]
This position centers around three main strengths: GoHighLevel expertise, strong copywriting ability, and practical experience with Meta advertising. You will manage the build-out and optimization of our GHL sub-accounts, pipelines, automations, workflows, forms, and integrations. While you will not be responsible for video editing or graphic creation yourself, you will play an important role in content direction. You need to understand what works, what converts, and what type of content should be requested from our creative team. You will be the person connecting strategy, messaging, execution, and results.
This role also includes oversight of our Google Business Profile, basic website updates in WordPress, managing social media posting schedules, coordinating with content creators, and helping ensure our digital systems operate smoothly across all platforms. Zapier automations, CRM integrations, and lead flow optimization are regular parts of this job.

[What We’re Looking For]
We need someone with expert-level GoHighLevel experience, excellent written English, and the ability to write compelling copy for ads,
You should also have hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns, building audiences, setting up pixels, and knowing how to launch and optimize campaigns. Familiarity with WordPress, Zapier, and general social media management is important as well.
Beyond the technical skills, you must be someone who takes initiative, works well without micromanagement, and cares about quality. We value clear communication, reliability, and the ability to solve problems quickly.

[Schedule & Compensation]
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST with a one-hour lunch break. The starting salary is $1,000 USD per month, paid on the 1st and 15th, with bonuses available based on performance. After six months, you will also receive 13th Month Pay. Salary increases will be provided as management deems appropriate based on excellence and impact.
