JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We're seeking an experienced video editor who excels at transforming long-form training content into compelling social media clips that drive engagement and impact. You'll be the bridge between our in-depth Zoom training sessions and the short-form content that inspires our audience across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
What You'll Do

- Watch long-form Zoom training recordings and identify the most impactful ---------- nts—the insights, breakthroughs, and "aha" ---------- nts that resonate
- Edit dynamic short-form videos (15-90 seconds) optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Create engaging content using captions, B-roll, music, animations, and motion graphics that capture attention and hold viewers
- Leverage AI tools to generate high-performing titles, descriptions, and hooks (training and prompts provided)
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule with minimal oversight
- Work with provided brand assets, B-roll library, and style guidelines while bringing your own creative perspective
- Other video projects will be given once we work more in depth (such as cutting up recordings from in person events and summits and social media ads)

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience editing for social media—show us content that's performed well
- Deep understanding of what makes content pop on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube (algorithm knowledge is a plus)
- Editorial instinct for identifying the most shareable, impactful ---------- nts from longer content
- Experience in the personal development, business coaching, or entrepreneurship space (or similar niches)
- Self-motivated and resourceful—you can work independently with minimal hand-holding after initial creative direction
- Technical proficiency with professional editing software (your choice—we're software agnostic)
- AI literacy—comfortable using AI tools to optimize content performance
- Fast turnaround capability without sacrificing quality
