JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a high-level Sales Assistant who is also VERY proficient in GoHighLevel (GHL). This is a hybrid position combining sales coordination, appointment setting, follow-ups, and CRM automation inside GHL.

If you’re organized, great in English, confident on the phone, and know how to fully leverage GoHighLevel, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
*Appointment Setting & Follow-Up
*Call applicants to schedule interviews
*Follow up with people who missed their interviews
*Serve as the point of contact after a sale or booking
*Handle reminders, confirmations, and customer check-ins
*Manage daily outreach and follow-up tasks inside GHL

Sales Assistant Responsibilities
*Support our sales agent with daily coordination
*Send follow-up emails, reminders, and next-step instructions
*Track customer interactions and update statuses
*Communicate with customers about progress, questions, and next steps
*Keep the sales pipeline organized and running smoothly

GoHighLevel (GHL) Systems & Automation
*Manage pipelines, contacts, tags, workflows, and automations
*Create and optimize automation sequences
*Generate reports and dashboards for sales performance
*Improve efficiencies and suggest new ways to leverage GHL tools
*Ensure data accuracy, updating notes and activity logs for all leads

What We’re Looking For
*Excellent English (Melan level or better) — both spoken and written
*Strong experience with GoHighLevel
*Pipelines, workflows, triggers, tagging
*Automations, follow-up sequences
*Reporting and CRM management
*Comfortable making outbound calls (follow-ups, scheduling, reminders)
*Strong organizational and communication skills
*Aility to take initiative, problem-solve, and propose improvements
*Experience supporting a sales team or customer-facing role
*Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
