Inclusive PEO Brokers is expanding and we’re looking for a high-energy, highly skilled B2B SDR who knows how to engage business owners, CFOs, HR leaders, and executives through outbound calling and structured questioning.
We help companies across the U.S. benchmark costs for payroll, workers’ comp, employee benefits, and PEO solutions. The ideal candidate is confident, clear-speaking, intelligent, and goal-driven.
Position Overview
ou will be responsible for:
Outbound calling to U.S. businesses
Reaching decision makers (with a special focus on calling from 5–6 PM PST when gatekeepers are gone)
Identifying whether a business qualifies for a PEO cost-savings review
Using structured questioning techniques (NEPQ-style)
Setting appointments for our Advisors
Logging call outcomes in our CRM (Zoho/GHL)
Daily performance targets: calls, conversations, and booked meetings
This is NOT B2C. This is NOT customer service.
This is pure, professional Business-to-Business outbound sales development.
Work Hours (MANDATORY)
10 AM – 6 PM Pacific Time (PST)
This shift is required so you can:
Reach executive-level decision makers
Call during low-gatekeeper hours (especially 5–6 PM PST)
Work alongside our U.S.-based Advisors and Marketing teams

What We’re Looking For
Required Skills:
Strong outbound calling experience (B2B only)
Excellent English speaking skills, neutral accent
Skilled in questioning techniques (NEPQ or similar)
Ability to handle objections with confidence
CRM experience (Zoho, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.)
Stable internet + professional computer setup
Ability to follow scripts AND think on your feet
Strong emotional intelligence, tone matching, and pattern interrupt skills
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
Experience calling U.S. business owners
PEO, insurance, benefits, HR, or payroll experience
Experience working with U.S.-based sales teams
