JOB OVERVIEW

I am seeking a driven, results-driven, entrepreneurial professional to help manage and scale 2 fitness industry e-commerce brands (1 activewear brand and 1 supplement brand). These businesses are in the early stages, currently at $0/month in sales, with a goal to scale each to $2K–$10K/month in revenue (2 of the brands have generated 300k+ and 60k+ in LTD sales in the past but have slowed down since I haven't had time to dedicate to them).

This role requires someone who is proactive, resourceful, and experienced in building e-commerce brands from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for driving growth organic sales.

I am a very optimistic person, you will be in contact with me frequently. The goal is to get consistent sales and build a team as we get more consistent sales. This would result in potential promotions, raises, and bonuses.

E-Commerce Brand Manager Duties:
- Take ownership of revenue growth across all 2 brands, with measurable sales targets.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to grow from $0 to consistent monthly sales.
- Manage and optimize Shopify stores (must have advanced Shopify experience).
- Optimize SEO
- Plan and execute organic and small paid advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google), leveraging data and analytics to improve ROI.
- Build and grow an email/SMS marketing list; create automated flows and campaigns that drive conversions.
- Research and identify customer demographics, competitors, and industry trends to guide marketing and product strategies.
- Collaborate on product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategies.
- Establish and track KPIs, providing regular progress updates and recommendations.
- Prepare one of the supplement brands for Amazon FBA launch (including listing optimization, compliance, and logistics).
- Manage and grow social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest for 2 brands + 1 recipe blog on wordpress.
- Create and post engaging, branded content consistently (not generic filler).
- Develop a UGC and affiliate strategy, sourcing authentic creators and partners who align with each brand.
- Plan content calendars, schedule posts, and track analytics to improve reach and engagement.
- Ensure all posts reflect each brand’s unique voice and aesthetic.
- Test new platforms and growth strategies for maximum visibility and community building.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience scaling e-commerce businesses, preferably in fitness, activewear, or supplements.
- Advanced Shopify expertise (store setup, theme customization, apps, reporting).
- Hands-on experience with organic/paid advertising, analytics, and email/SMS marketing for US demographic.
- Strong social media management background with portfolio of results for US demographic.
- Self-starter who can operate with minimal direction and take full ownership of brand growth.
- Bonus: Experience with Amazon FBA, TikTok Shop, Shopify.

Role Details:
- Full-time position, remote work with potential for promotions + raise as brands scale.
- Compensation will start at $500/month, with potential for performance-based incentives.
- Must have high-speed internet and able to show proof.
- Must be willing to hop on a call/video call on a regular schedule (weekly)
