I run a growing digital agency in Australia and I’m looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant who can support me with admin, client communication, basic website tasks, overall business organisation and to help me stay on track with clients and business. I need someone who can take responsibility, follow systems and help keep projects moving without being micromanaged. I want a long term partner, who I can rely on for years to come.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Admin & Operations
- Managing
- Scheduling meetings, calls, and client appointments
- Keeping eye on project deadlines and helping myself and other website designers stick to them.
- Updating spreadsheets, client docs and internal checklists
- Following and improving systems and SOPs
- Managing Google business profile and social media
Client Support
- Sending client follow-up messages and reminders
- Preparing onboarding documents, forms, and simple proposals
- Uploading files, saving branding assets, collecting missing information, setting up google drive folders
Website Management
- Updating WordPress content (text, images, formatting)
- Uploading blog posts and optimising them for SEO (can teach basic seo)
- Creating simple pages inside Elementor
- Basic website maintenance tasks (update plugins, test forms, check speed)
- Quality checks on new builds and managed websites (broken links, mobile layout, spelling)
Social Media Management
- Creating and Scheduling posts across Instagram,
- Repurposing content (e.g. turning a blog into 3 short posts)
- Monitoring comments/messages when asked when needed
- Social media cold outreach
Project Support
- Keeping tasks updated inside our project management tool
- Following up with clients or tech team when something is overdue
What I’m Looking For
- Extremely organised and reliable
- Strong English communication
- Good with systems, instructions, and follow-through
- Can work independently and solve problems
- Experience with WordPress (bonus if familiar with Elementor)
- Basic understanding of SEO is helpful
- Canva and design experience
- Comfortable learning new tools quickly
