1. Business Development Operations
• Maintain and update HubSpot CRM daily
• Ensure deals are in correct stages with accurate values, dates, and notes
• Monitor pipeline hygiene and remind BD leads of required updates
• Prepare weekly BD dashboard and pipeline report
• Identify stalled deals and missing information
• Maintain the overall BD Kanban board / pursuit tracker
2. Proposal & RFP Support
• Build proposal skeletons based on RFP instructions
• Create compliance matrices and track submission deadlines
• Insert boilerplate content, case studies, bios, and standard sections
• Format proposals, SOWs, and response documents
• Manage submission packaging (Word, PDF, portal uploads)
• Work closely with BD leads to assemble the final response
3. Presentation & Document Design
• Create and polish PowerPoint presentations
• Ensure consistent branding (fonts, spacing, layout) across all decks
• Prepare pitch decks and capability presentations
• Format consultant bios, resumes, and case studies
• Apply grammar, clarity, and formatting edits to all documents
4. BD Meeting Administration (Every Tuesday)
• Prepare pre-meeting documentation (pipeline, risks, updates)
• Join the weekly BD meeting as administrative support
• Take notes, track commitments, and update CRM accordingly
• Send post-meeting recap and next-step actions
5. General Sales & GTM Support
• Maintain template library (PPT, Word, proposal components)
• Support the Go-To-Market leader with content formatting and updates
• Support BD leads with meeting preparation and materials
• Assist in partner-related administrative tasks (SAP, SIs, ISVs)
