JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative writer who can craft powerful short-form and long-form scripts for our YouTube channel and Instagram Reels.

Your job is to write content that grabs attention, keeps people watching, and delivers a clear, emotionally resonant message.

You’ll work closely with our founder and video team to turn ideas into finished scripts that perform. You should have strong storytelling instincts, understand what makes content go viral, and be comfortable using AI tools to accelerate your workflow.

Key Responsibilities

Write short-form scripts for Reels that hook viewers in the first 3 seconds
Develop engaging long-form scripts for YouTube videos
Repurpose or re-angle existing ideas into new, high-performing pieces
Collaborate with editors and creative leads to refine tone and pacing
Use AI tools to assist research, ideation, and drafting
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience writing for YouTube and/or short-form social content
Excellent understanding of pacing, hooks, and storytelling
Strong command of conversational, persuasive writing
Comfortable working with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
Attention to detail and ability to follow formatting guidelines
Portfolio or writing samples showing social/video content preferred
