Join a Fast-Growing Google Ads Agency for Shopify Brands!

We are a rapidly expanding marketing agency working with DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) Shopify brands in Europe. To support our growth, we are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Lead Sourcer & Outreach Specialist who can help us identify high-quality prospects and manage cold outreach via Instagram and LinkedIn.

Your role is essential in filling our sales pipeline with qualified leads.
If you love research, outreach, and working with e-commerce brands, this position is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Sourcing high-quality leads that fit our Ideal Client Profile (ICP)
- Searching Google Shopping using VPN to identify brands with high search volume
- Evaluating DTC brands and spotting improvement points (CSS, titles, reviews, feed quality) (We will learn you everything)
- Conducting cold outreach through Instagram DMs and LinkedIn messages
- Tagging and organizing leads inside our CRM
- Preparing brand information, screenshots, and notes for our sales audit videos
- Following SOPs and completing tasks before moving to the next step

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience with lead sourcing (Google Shopping, niche research, product searches)
- Experience with Instagram outreach and LinkedIn outreach
- Familiarity with Shopify brands and the DTC e-commerce space
- Must have a VPN (required for Shopping research)
- Strong written English
- High attention to detail
- Ability to follow structured workflows and SOPs
- Reliable, disciplined, proactive, and hungry to improve

Full-time availability

A Plus (But Not Required):

- Experience with Google Ads or e-commerce product feeds
- Work experience in marketing or e-commerce agencies
