JOB OVERVIEW

YOUR ROLE

You will be the creative engine of The $2 Bill Brand. You will own our entire visual identity, from the logo and brand assets to our landing pages and email designs. You will be responsible for creating a world-class, premium brand that reflects our Hollywood roots and our commitment to excellence.

This is a critical role. We are looking for a long-term partner who is passionate about branding, design, and storytelling. You will work directly with Brad to bring his vision to life and create a brand that is truly unforgettable.

ABOUT THE $2 BILL BRAND

We help established entrepreneurs become the recognized authority in their industry using Hollywood-proven positioning strategies.

Founder: Brad Holcman - Emmy-nominated TV producer with 22 years overseeing shows that generated $2+ billion in revenue (Duck Dynasty, 60 Days In, Intervention). Now helping entrepreneurs apply these same principles to build unforgettable personal brands.

Our Mission: Help entrepreneurs become the "$2 bill" in their industry - distinct, memorable, and impossible to ignore.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Brand Identity & Strategy:
• Refine and expand our existing brand identity (logo, colors, fonts)
• Create a comprehensive brand style guide
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
•.Organize and maintain our brand asset library in Canva

Landing Page & Website Design:

• Design high-converting landing pages for our products and funnels (Authority Accelerator, Only Statement Generator, etc.)
• Design the main ---------- website
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Optimize designs for mobile and desktop
• Ideally, you can also build these pages using user-friendly platforms (like Webflow, Leadpages, or similar) that can be integrated with GHL.


Email
Design & Marketing Assets:

• Design beautiful, on-brand email templates for our GHL automation sequences
• Create graphics and visual assets for email campaigns and newsletters
• Design marketing materials, lead magnets, and promotional assets

Social Media & Content:

• Design engaging social media graphics and templates (Riezel will handle posting)
• Create visual assets for our LinkedIn newsletter and future podcast

Product & Merch Design:

• Design program materials for the Authority Accelerator (workbooks, slides, etc.)
• Brainstorm and design merchandise for The $2 Bill Brand

REQUIREMENTS

Must Have:

Technical Skills:

Expert-level brand and graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Proven experience designing high-converting landing pages
Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, web design, and email design
Experience creating and maintaining brand style guides
Understanding of mobile-first design principles

Soft Skills:

Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
Highly proactive and takes ownership - you don't wait to be told what to do
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
A team player who collaborates well with others
A great eye for premium, high-end design

Work Requirements:

Reliable internet connection
Available to work 40 hours/week during EST business hours
Can start immediately (ASAP)
Committed to a long-term role

Nice to Have (Bonus):

Experience building websites/landing pages (Webflow, Leadpages, Instapage, etc.)
Experience with Go High Level (GHL) design
Experience with personal brand or coaching businesses
Copywriting skills for landing pages and emails
Familiarity with ClickUp or project management tools

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary: 1st Month $400 USD/month; 2nd+ Month $500 USD - Many opportunities for bonuses as business grows

Payment:

• Paid bi-monthly (1st and 15th of each month) via Wise
