JOB OVERVIEW

Starting Salary: 40,000–50,000 PHP/month depending on experience

We are looking for a proactive Amazon Associate / Listings Associate to support our product research, keyword research, and listing development workflow. You will analyze product opportunities using Helium10 and Amazon’s internal tools, evaluate search demand, review “frequently bought together” data, and help identify ideas worth validating. You will also assist in developing keyword-focused copy and AI-generated listing assets.

Responsibilities / Job Scope
1. Use Helium10, Amazon Search Query Performance, Product Opportunity Explorer, and other research tools to evaluate new product ideas
2. Analyze Frequently Bought Together data to identify complementary product opportunities
3. Perform keyword research for potential products and identify top-performing search terms
4. Suggest backend search terms based on keyword difficulty, relevance, and ranking potential
5. Use AI tools (ChatGPT, image-generation tools, etc.) to help draft product copy and listing content
6. Support creation of image briefs and listing structures using AI
7. Assist in market analysis: competitors, pricing, reviews, gaps, and demand patterns
8. Maintain tasks, deliverables, and research pipelines through Asana

Qualifications
1. Experience in Amazon product research using Helium10 (required)
2. Familiarity with Amazon search metrics, keyword trends, and listing data
3. Ability to analyze keyword volume, competitiveness, and buyer behavior
4. Strong understanding of Amazon search terms, backend keywords, and relevance rules
5. Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT for copywriting, research, and ideation)
6. Good written English and ability to produce keyword-driven content
7. Highly organized and able to handle multiple research tasks at once
8. Experience creating Amazon listing copy, preparing image briefs
9. Background in eCommerce, Amazon FBA, or online product research
Full-time availability; responsive during work hours

Work Setup - Remote, full-time
Must have reliable workstation and strong Internet connection
