Job Description
We are a growing real estate rental company seeking a highly motivated and creative Virtual Assistant to manage and grow our social media presence. Your primary and most critical goal will be tenant acquisition for our rental properties. This role requires a blend of creative content generation and proactive audience engagement aimed at converting followers into qualified rental leads.

Social Media Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage a focused social media strategy across platforms (e.g.,
Content Creation: Design and create high-quality, engaging visual and written content (photos, videos, stories, posts) that showcases available properties, highlights local neighborhood features, and reinforces our company brand identity.
Community Engagement: Actively monitor and respond to all comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, nurturing leads and directing potential tenants to our application process.
Lead Generation: Track and report on key social media metrics, specifically focusing on conversion rates from engagement to qualified tenant leads.
Brand Identity: Establish a consistent and attractive social media brand that resonates with our target demographic of rental tenants.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in Social Media Management and Social Media Marketing.
Demonstrable ability to create compelling content for a business audience.
Excellent written communication skills with a focus on persuasive, sales-oriented messaging.
Experience in the real estate or property management sector & Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
