???? What You’ll Do
Provide top-tier administrative and client support to our agents and policyholders.
Assist with quotes, renewals, policy changes, and reports.
Manage client communications via
Process new applications, gather documentation, and maintain organized policy records.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Handle other insurance-related and administrative tasks as needed by your team leader.
???? What You Bring
? Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant for a U.S. Property & Casualty agency.
???? Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher).
???? Strong computer skills — Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and solid attention to detail.
???? Experience with auto, home, and commercial lines.
? Bonus points if you’ve used AgencyZoom, QQ Catalyst, or Quoterush.
????? A reliable computer, dual monitors, and fast internet are a must.
