JOB OVERVIEW

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is fluent in Figma and experienced in designing across digital platforms, presentations, and brand strategy projects. This role involves working closely with brand and marketing teams to create visually consistent assets that strengthen brand presence across all media.

Please note this is a FULL-TIME role. You are required to work 9-5 EST, without exception. You will be let go should we find out work is not being completed during these hours. Please do not apply if you cannot commit to this.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and manage high-quality visuals across platforms (social media, web, presentations, print).
• Build and maintain brand kits, media kits, and pitch decks.
• Collaborate with brand strategists, marketing teams, and developers to ensure cohesive visual identity.
• Create ad creatives for Facebook, Google, and other digital advertising channels.
• Use Figma for layouts, prototypes, and brand system design.
• Create proposal decks on Figma for client pitches
• STRATEGIZE with what would be best using industry standards.
• Execute light motion design or short-form videos in Canva (or similar tools).
• Oversee and maintain brand consistency across all campaigns and deliverables.
• Present design concepts clearly and communicate visual strategy effectively to stakeholders.
• Proficient in the following tools: Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma

Qualifications
• 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or marketing-driven environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout design.
• Experience developing cohesive brand systems and presentation decks.
• Familiarity with digital marketing design standards (social ads, Google Display, responsive layouts).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have
• Experience in light video editing, animation, or GIF creation.
• Knowledge of marketing funnels and ad performance metrics.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles.
