Our company operates a portfolio of online websites to assist life sciences professionals with developing their careers. We offer monthly, quarterly and bi-annual paid memberships for access to curated job listings, career advice and salary information.
We are looking for a proven marketing rock star to join our team and help us to drive new membership sales growth through planning, executing and optimizing paid search campaigns. This would include:
• Plan, build, optimize and report on engaging & high-converting digital paid search campaigns
• Generate sales through SEM and paid social campaigns
• Optimize bid strategy to achieve target CAC
• Create effective ad copy
• Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, CAC, attribution, etc.
• Suggest improvements & strategic recommendations to achieve growth targets
Proven experience in building & managing paid advertising campaigns on SEM channels (Google, Bing) is required. Experience with LinkedIn campaigns is highly preferred. Also, needs to be proficient with Google Analytics and customized reporting.
