Part-Time Video Editor (CapCut) (Shift 9AM-1PM PHT)

₱15,000/month · Paid vacation and paid sick leave after a 90-day probationary period

We're a fast-growing e-commerce brand in fashion and lifestyle, and we're looking for a reliable CapCut editor to help us get more mileage out of the short-form content we already have.

What you'll do

This role is focused on repurposing. You'll take existing short-form videos and adapt them for other platforms — trimming and recutting, adjusting aspect ratios, adding text overlays and captions, and making sure each version fits the platform it's going to (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts). You'll also keep our video assets organized in Google Drive so nothing gets lost or duplicated.

This is not a role that requires original storytelling or motion graphics. It's steady, detail-oriented editing work with a consistent daily output.

What we're looking for

Above everything else, we want someone with a strong work ethic who is honest about their hours and efficient with them. We use time tracking software, and we expect the hours logged to reflect real, focused work. If you do that well, this is an easy and stable role to hold long-term.

Very strong written and spoken English — this is essential, not a nice-to-have
Strong, hands-on proficiency with CapCut — this is the primary tool
Comfortable working in Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
A good eye for pacing, clean cuts, and readable on-screen text
Organized and dependable, able to hit daily deadlines without being chased

Experience with e-commerce or fashion content is a plus, but not required.

Part-time, fully remote
4 hours per day, Tuesday through Saturday
₱15,000 per month
Paid vacation and paid sick leave after 90 days
