About the Role
We’re looking for a **detail-oriented, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant** to support our growing hospitality and operations team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled in using digital tools to streamline workflows, manage bookings, and support marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Airbnb, VRBO, and Hospitable accounts**: Oversee listings, update calendars, respond to guest inquiries, and handle coordination with cleaning and maintenance teams.
- CRM & Project Management:** Maintain and update pipelines, automations, and dashboards in **
- Documentation & Workflow Tracking:** Organize SOPs, guest info, and project notes in **Notion**.
- Data Management:** Build and maintain trackers and reports in **Google Sheets**.
- Administrative Support:** Handle emails, scheduling, and team communications as needed.
**Requirements**
2+ years experience managing Airbnb and/or short-term rentals** (including guest communication, listing optimization, and calendar management).
2+ years experience using
Strong working knowledge of **Notion**, **Google Workspace**, and **Canva**.
Familiarity with **Hospitable**, **VRBO**, and SEO best practices for hospitality listings.
Excellent written and spoken English.
* Highly organized, responsive, and proactive.
* Must be available during **San Francisco PST business hours**.
