About the Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, trend-savvy AI Video Creative Operative to produce high-performing lower-funnel video creatives for TikTok and other social platforms. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes short-form content, understands how to turn AI prompts into thumb-stopping videos, and thrives at the intersection of creativity, data, and automation.
You’ll be part of a fast-moving creative team that experiments, iterates, and scales winning ads for some of the most exciting consumer brands in the world.
Responsibilities:
-Produce and iterate AI-generated TikTok-style videos optimized for conversions (UGC, testimonial, problem-solution, etc.)
-Prompt and direct AI video tools (e.g., Pika, Runway, Sora, or similar) to create visuals, voices, and storytelling assets
-Analyze and recreate viral TikTok trends, hooks, and formats within brand guidelines
-Collaborate with media buyers and strategists to refine scripts, cuts, and visuals for performance
-Edit, caption, and format videos natively for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
-Maintain a content testing pipeline and adapt quickly based on creative data performance
-Research and track AI tools, creative trends, and TikTok best practices to continuously evolve output quality
Requirements:
-Proven understanding of TikTok culture and trends in the U.S. market
-Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Synthesia, HeyGen, etc.)
-Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
-Strong creative sense for hooks, pacing, and storytelling in 6–20 second videos
-Ability to analyze creative performance metrics and iterate accordingly
-Self-starter mindset, you enjoy experimenting, learning fast, and shipping content daily
