JOB OVERVIEW

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Photo & Video Editor who can bring our content to life through a cinematic, natural, and moody aesthetic.
You’ll help shape the visual identity of DropMint, a fast-growing pickup and delivery laundry brand based in San Diego. This role focuses on transforming our photo and video content into high-quality, visually cohesive pieces that feel cinematic yet organic.
If you have a passion for storytelling through visuals and understand the power of tone and color, this is the perfect opportunity.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Edit and color grade photos to match a cinematic, natural, and moody aesthetic

Edit and color grade videos (Reels, lifestyle, and brand content)

Maintain consistent color and tone across all content formats

Organize raw assets and ensure an efficient workflow

Collaborate with the creative and marketing team on direction and revisions

Keep up with social media trends and visual styles that fit the brand

TOOLS WE USE:
Adobe Premiere Pro

DaVinci Resolve

Lightroom Classic

Photoshop

After Effects (optional)

Slack, ---------- , and Google Drive for communication and organization

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Strong eye for cinematic color grading and visual storytelling

Experience editing both photo and video content for Instagram or TikTok

Consistent and organized with file management

Communicative, reliable, and receptive to feedback

Flexible and creative — can bring fresh ideas to the table

WAGE/SALARY PER MONTH:
???? $300–$600 USD/month (depending on experience)

SCHEDULE:
???? Part-Time (20–25 hours per week)
Must have 2–3 hours overlap with the San Diego (PST) time zone for feedback and uploads.
