Overview:
We are an established MSP with multiple privately hosted 3CX v20 instances running in our datacenter. Our internal team handles Tier 1 requests reliably, but we’re looking for a seasoned 3CX engineer to provide deeper expertise, help level up our team, and be available for ongoing escalations on a weekly basis.
This is a long-term engagement with consistent weekly hours (approximately 5 hrs/week) and additional hours on occasion if needed.
What You’ll Do:
• Review and validate our current 3CX deployments, SBC setups, and call flow configurations
• Train our support team on best practices for managing, troubleshooting, and provisioning
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving escalated issues beyond Tier 1
• Advise on call routing, IVR menus, SIP trunks, and overall system optimization
• Help maintain documentation and standard operating procedures as we grow
Requirements:
• Deep hands-on experience with 3CX v20 (required)
• Strong knowledge of SIP trunk configuration, SBC provisioning, phone provisioning, and call flow design
• Experience working within MSP or multi-tenant environments is a plus
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and efficiently to a support team
• Reliable weekly availability and ability to respond to occasional escalations
• Fluent in English; clear and professional communication
Engagement Details:
• Ongoing contract
• ~5 hours per week, with flexibility for occasional additional time
• Direct, named-resource relationship (no “agency shuffle”)
• Remote work
