Are you a Meta Ads pro who really knows your stuff?
We’re looking for an experienced, data-driven Meta Ads Specialist to join our team 5 hours per week. You’ll manage and scale ad campaigns that actually deliver, not just clicks, but real ROI. You’ll plan, build, test, optimize, and report on paid campaigns across
If you’ve spent serious time in Ads Manager, understand attribution models, can spot a bad creative from a mile away, and live by data, this is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Plan and execute full-funnel Meta ad campaigns (awareness ? conversion)
– Build campaigns, ad sets, and creatives that align with client goals
– Monitor daily performance, optimize for CPA/ROAS, and scale efficiently
– Develop A/B tests for audiences, creatives, and placements
– Write and refine high-converting ad copy (you’ll also have support from our team)
– Create detailed reports with actionable insights
– Troubleshoot performance drops and tracking issues (Pixel, CAPI, UTMs)
– Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and devs to improve landing page conversion rates
– Use AI and automation tools to streamline creative testing and data analysis
– Stay on top of Meta algorithm changes, policy updates, and new features
REQUIREMENTS:
– Proven experience managing $5K+/month in Meta ad spend
– Deep understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, and tracking setups
– Strong grasp of performance metrics (CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, MER)
– Experience with Pixel and Conversion API setup
– Skilled in audience research and segmentation
– Ability to create reports that connect ad performance to business outcomes
– Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and Ads Manager reporting
– Creative eye for ad visuals and messaging that convert
– Self-starter who can spot and fix issues fast without waiting for direction
– Bonus: Experience running ads for local lead gen or e-commerce brands
