JOB OVERVIEW

We are building a fast-growing AI call-answering agency serving local businesses (plumbers, roofers, HVAC, med spas, etc.).
We already have an engineer developing our automation system now we need a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations VA to help run the daily backend of the business.

This is a long-term position with room to grow.
No coding required just strong organization and reliability.

Your Core Responsibilities

You will become the operations backbone of the business:

Daily Tasks

Send daily outreach messages (SMS + email) to potential clients

Manage and organize the CRM (GoHighLevel)

Update lead statuses, tags, and notes

Monitor conversations + follow-up sequences

Assist with appointment scheduling

Maintain and update client details (hours, pricing, service areas)

Weekly Tasks

Review call transcripts for quality control

Prepare weekly client summaries

Build and update onboarding forms

Upload reports/data into Google Sheets

Run weekly performance reports

Monitor automations + notify the engineer of any issues

Assist with basic customer support

Monthly Tasks

Help organize internal SOPs

Support system improvements

Assist with onboarding new clients

Keep CRM and documentation clean + accurate

What You Get

25 hours/week (5-hour shifts, Monday–Friday)

Paid 60-day trial: $3/hr

Raise after trial: $4–$5/hr depending on performance
