We are seeking a results-driven Senior META Media Buyer & Strategist with proven experience managing large-scale ad campaigns for e-commerce brands, particularly within the boutique and fashion space. This role demands a data-driven marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments, is highly analytical, and can blend creativity with performance optimization to drive exceptional return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute full-funnel
- Build and manage campaigns from ideation through scaling, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Optimize campaigns daily for performance, adjusting audiences, creatives, and placements.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, ad copy, and landing pages.
- Leverage data insights to identify trends, improve targeting, and maximize ROI.
Audience Development
- Create, test, and refine audiences including Lookalike, Custom, and Interest-based segments.
- Strategically analyze pixel and event data to ensure accurate tracking and optimization.
- Collaborate with creative teams to align ad messaging with audience intent and stage in funnel.
Performance Analytics
- Monitor campaign KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, and CVR.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and next steps.
- Identify trends in performance data to recommend budget reallocations or new testing strategies.
- Evaluate attribution and ensure accurate reporting using Ads Manager, Shopify, and Google Analytics.
Creative Direction
- Partner closely with content teams to guide ad creative that converts; reels, UGC, carousel, and story ads.
- Provide feedback on visual direction, hooks, and messaging to align with high-performing trends.
- Stay current on viral ad formats, platform updates, and emerging META trends.
Account Management & Collaboration
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, balancing strategic oversight with execution. (8 accounts managed full time currently at maximum capacity)
- Communicate results and strategic plans clearly with internal teams.

Key Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns on META Ads Manager
- Proven track record of achieving 6x+ ROAS for e-commerce brands with budgets ranging from $2,500–$20,000+/mo.
- Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing, retargeting, and creative testing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and pivot strategy accordingly.
- Experience in boutique, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Pinterest Ads (a plus).
- Strong creative direction ability with eye for aesthetics and brand voice.
- Understanding of pixel setup, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling.
