- 4+ years of Experience as a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent
- Excellent communicator – Confident, friendly, and clear on calls, texts, and emails
- Active listener – Understands client needs and responds thoughtfully
- Persuasive, not pushy – Builds trust while guiding conversations toward next steps
- Goal-oriented – Driven by KPIs (contacts, appointments set, conversion rates)
- Consistent follow-up – Never lets leads fall through the cracks
- Resilient – Handles rejection professionally and stays motivated
- Self-motivated – Doesn’t need constant supervision
- Coachability – Open to feedback and eager to improve
