We are hiring a tech-savvy, proactive Head of Admin & Guest Experience to join our team at FoMo Real Estate, a Swiss property management company.

This is a key leadership role, not a standard VA job. We use AI and automation to handle basic inquiries, so your role is to act as the crucial human support for our guests. You will manage all escalations, take phone calls, and work directly with the owners to improve our company's processes.
If you are a natural problem-solver who is excited to work *with* automation and help scale a business, we want to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Serve as the primary human point of contact for all guest escalations, complex inquiries, and phone calls.
* Confidently manage and resolve guest issues via WhatsApp and phone that our AI-driven chat automation cannot handle.
* Manage booking calendars, new listings, and administrative back-office tasks.
* Organize logistics for new apartments (e.g., coordinating furniture).
* Actively monitor our AI/automation systems and work with our specialist to improve them.
* Work closely with the company owners to free them from day-to-day operations.
