Role Overview

We’re looking for a Data Analytics Virtual Assistant who’s highly skilled in Supermetrics, Google Sheets, and Shopify analytics.
You’ll be the backbone of our reporting and data operations — building, maintaining, and optimizing the dashboards and reports that power our clients’ decisions.

This role requires an analytical mindset, technical capability, and the curiosity to innovate new ways to visualize performance data.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and automate reporting dashboards using Supermetrics, Google Sheets, and Shopify.
* Pull and organize performance data across Meta, Google Ads, Shopify, Triple Whale, and other key platforms.
* Create custom graphs, trend visualizations, and performance reports for internal and client-facing reviews.
* Analyze campaign data to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities.
* Support the media-buying and strategy teams by providing real-time data insights.
* Continuously innovate reporting frameworks — propose smarter ways to track, measure, and present performance.
* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery across all client accounts.

Requirements

* Proven experience with Supermetrics and Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, automation).
* Strong Shopify understanding — able to interpret sales, product, and customer data.
* Prior agency experience preferred.
* E-commerce experience is a major plus.
* Strong data visualization and presentation skills.
* High attention to detail and comfort handling large data sets.
* Proactive, curious, and comfortable suggesting better systems and tools.
* Fluent in English with excellent written communication.
