JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior B2B Ad Creative Strategist to lead the development of performance-driven creative for B2B lead generation campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, messaging, and execution and is focused on driving qualified leads, not brand-only awareness.

You will work closely with the paid media and funnel teams to translate complex technology and service offerings into clear, credible ad creative that resonates with business decision makers.

This is not a junior design role. We are looking for someone who understands how creative performs in paid environments and can iterate quickly based on data.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop ad creative concepts and messaging for B2B lead generation campaigns
• Translate complex services and technology offerings into clear, conversion-focused visuals and copy
• Design or oversee static and light motion ad assets for Meta and LinkedIn
• Collaborate with paid media team on creative testing frameworks and iterations
• Analyze creative performance and refine assets to improve lead quality and conversion

Strong ability to communicate complex value propositions in a clear, credible way for executives and decision makers.

Performance-Driven Creative Execution
Proven experience creating ad creative specifically for paid performance environments, not just brand design.

Creative Testing & Iteration
Ability to iterate creative quickly based on performance data and feedback from paid media results.

Requirements
• 3 plus years of experience in B2B advertising or performance creative
• Experience creating ads for professional services, tech, or enterprise brands
• Strong understanding of how creative impacts lead quality and conversion
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
• Portfolio demonstrating B2B or performance-focused work

Nice to Have
• Experience with Meta and LinkedIn ad formats
• Basic understanding of paid media metrics and testing frameworks
