Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Growth Specialist focused on engagement, audience growth, and conversion, not vanity metrics. This role is for someone who understands how to turn social platforms into performance channels through content strategy, community engagement, and data-driven optimization.
This is not a posting or scheduling role. We are looking for someone who has grown accounts, increased engagement, and driven real outcomes for brands or clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute social growth strategies focused on engagement and conversion
• Optimize content formats, hooks, captions, and posting strategies based on performance
• Actively manage and grow community engagement across platforms
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
• Collaborate with creative and paid teams to align organic and performance efforts
• Identify trends and opportunities that support sustained growth

Proven ability to grow accounts through content, community, and platform-specific strategy, not follower buying or shortcuts.

Strong understanding of how to drive real interaction, conversation, and audience trust.
Conversion Awareness
Ability to align social content with broader business goals such as lead generation, traffic, and conversions.
Requirements
• 3 plus years of experience managing and growing social media accounts
• Demonstrated success increasing engagement and audience growth
• Strong understanding of Instagram and
• Portfolio of accounts or brands you have worked with
• Ability to explain what worked, why it worked, and the results achieved
• Clear communication and accountability

• You must be able to name clients or brands you have worked with
• No junior or posting-only profiles
