Key Responsibilities
Brand and Messaging Development
Support the creation of the think tank’s public narrative, positioning, and visual identity
Draft professional content including bios, press materials, announcements, and strategic documents
Stakeholder Engagement and Outreach
Identify, initiate, and manage outreach to academic, corporate, and media stakeholders globally
Assist with the coordination of interviews, media partnerships, public features, and external communications
Strategic Research and Implementation
Conduct research on regulatory, operational, and compliance matters (e.g., optimal jurisdictions for incorporation, banking arrangements, legal requirements)
Prepare clear and actionable briefs to support company setup and governance
Operational Support
Contribute to the development of internal systems, documentation, and workflow processes
Assist with coordination across internal teams and external collaborators
Required Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in written and verbal English communication
Proven experience in public relations, media strategy, communications, or related fields
Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth research and deliver actionable insights
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Self-motivated, able to manage tasks independently in a remote and fast-paced environment
the selected candidate will begin on a part-time basis (approximately 20 hours per week) for a probation period of two months
Upon successful performance, there is an opportunity to transition into a full-time (40 hours per week) Public Relations Manager role with expanded responsibilities and leadership potential
