ABOUT THE CHANNEL

We teach tech-savvy entrepreneurs about business software and productivity tools. Our audience consists of small business owners and startup founders who trust our in-depth tutorials to make smart software decisions. We're scaling aggressively and need a skilled video editor who can grow with us.

YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

VIDEO EDITING (70% of your time)
- Edit 8-20 minute YouTube tutorials (talking head + screen recordings)
- Polish raw footage into professional, engaging content
- Maintain consistent brand style and pacing
- Handle occasional screen captures for sponsor integrations
- Use Final Cut Pro (preferred) or DaVinci Resolve
- Process and deliver videos on schedule

THUMBNAIL DESIGN (15% of your time)
- Create click-worthy thumbnails in Canva
- Test different design approaches while maintaining brand consistency
- Follow YouTube best practices for thumbnail CTR

CONTENT OPERATIONS (15% of your time)
- Generate video metadata using AI workflows (I'll train you)
- Schedule social media posts across platforms
- Manage production workflows in Notion
- Help maintain content calendar and publishing schedule

WHO YOU ARE

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proven video editing experience with portfolio/samples showing YouTube-style content
- Proficiency in Final Cut Pro OR DaVinci Resolve
- Strong English skills (reading, writing, understanding spoken English in videos)
- Canva experience or graphic design skills
- Reliable internet connection and computer capable of video editing
- Genuine interest in technology and business software (you'll edit tech content daily!)
