About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to fully own and scale our Google advertising ecosystem.
This role is strictly focused on Google Ads — including Search, Display, Performance Max, and remarketing. You will be directly accountable for improving ROAS, reducing CPA, and scaling profitable campaigns.
This is not a general digital marketing role. We are looking for someone who understands Google’s algorithm, bidding mechanics, intent-based targeting, and performance scaling at a strategic level.
What You’ll Do
Own Google Ads Performance
Architect, launch, and scale campaigns across:
- Google Search (Brand, Non-Brand, Competitor)
- Performance Max
- Display Network
- Remarketing campaigns
Build structured account frameworks aligned with business revenue goals.
Implement and optimize smart bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS, Maximize Conversions, value-based bidding).
Drive Measurable Growth
Monitor campaign performance daily and take proactive optimization actions.
Continuously improve:
- ROAS
- Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
- Conversion rates
- Qualified lead or revenue generation
Conduct search term mining and negative keyword management.
Reallocate budgets toward top-performing campaigns.
Execute structured A/B testing of:
- Ad copy
- Landing page alignment
- Bid strategies
- Audience signals (for Performance Max)
Ensure Tracking & Attribution Accuracy
Oversee proper implementation of:
- GA4
- Google Tag Manager
- Conversion tracking
- Enhanced Conversions
Audit data accuracy and ensure reporting reflects real performance.
Align paid traffic performance with CRM and sales outcomes where applicable.
Own Reporting & Scaling Strategy
Deliver weekly performance summaries with clear action plans.
Develop performance forecasts and scaling projections.
Identify growth opportunities based on data trends and intent segmentation.
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
4–6 years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
Proven track record managing and scaling monthly ad budgets.
Strong expertise in:
- Search intent targeting and keyword clustering
- Account structure strategy
- Performance Max campaign optimization
- Smart bidding and automation strategies
- Remarketing funnel strategies
Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and advanced conversion tracking.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
Experience improving ROAS and reducing CPA in a performance-driven environment.
Nice to Have
Experience in e-commerce or lead generation campaigns.
Experience working with high AOV or competitive markets.
Google Ads Certifications.
Experience with landing page CRO collaboration.
