We are Funding Traders, a proprietary trading company founded in 2023, aimed at enabling aspiring traders to thrive by equipping them with essential capital. Our programs cater to traders adept at navigating various markets, including Forex, indices, metals, and cryptocurrencies.

Becoming a Funded Trader entails trading with company funds rather than personal capital. Traders simply need to pass a test or challenge to qualify for a funded account, enabling them to trade as professional traders using a company account.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a highly motivated Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across X (Twitter), YouTube, and Instagram. The ideal candidate has previous experience in the finance or trading industry, understands the language of traders and investors, and is proficient in English.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing Director, who will ensure a fast and efficient onboarding process. You’ll be provided with all the necessary materials, brand guidelines, and real-time updates on active promotions, news, and major announcements, ensuring you’re always equipped to deliver timely and effective social campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow the brand’s presence across X, YouTube, and Instagram.

Create, schedule, and optimize content that aligns with brand tone and campaign goals.

Collaborate with the Marketing Director on new initiatives, promo campaigns, and strategic adjustments.

Monitor analytics to identify growth opportunities and performance improvements.

Engage with the audience, respond to comments/messages, and strengthen brand community.

Stay current with social media trends, especially within the trading and finance space.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing X, YouTube, and Instagram for a brand or company.

Background in finance, investing, or trading (ideally having worked in a similar industry).

Excellent communication and content creation skills.

Strong understanding of analytics, engagement strategies, and social media algorithms.

Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with paid social campaigns is a plus.
