About Wellness Docs
Wellness Docs is a U.S.-based healthcare organization looking for an experienced HubSpot Virtual Assistant (VA) who specializes in digital marketing, paid ads, and retargeting.
We’re seeking a results-driven marketer who can manage multi-channel ad campaigns, build HubSpot automation workflows, and produce engaging video content that converts.

Position Overview
You’ll be responsible for managing HubSpot CRM marketing automation, running multi-platform ad campaigns, and creating performance-driven content.
The ideal candidate can strategize, execute, and analyze advertising campaigns across Meta
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage HubSpot automation workflows, pipelines, and contact segmentation.
Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on:
Meta Ads
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
TikTok Ads
X
YouTube Ads
Create and execute retargeting strategies to increase conversions and ROI.
Design and send
Edit and produce short-form and ad-based video content for social media.
Analyze campaign performance data (CTR, ROAS, CPA, conversion rate) and report findings.
Develop custom audiences and lookalike strategies to enhance ad reach.
Collaborate with the team to create effective ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
Integrate HubSpot with ad accounts and, if applicable, RingCentral for call/SMS tracking.
Stay updated with marketing trends and platform algorithm changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a HubSpot VA or Digital Marketing Specialist.
Strong understanding of retargeting, funnel automation, and CRM marketing.
Proven results managing Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and X Ads.
Proficiency in HubSpot workflows,
Skilled in video editing for ads and short-form content (e.g., CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere).
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable with excellent time management.
Preferred Skills
Experience using RingCentral for calls and text messaging campaigns.
Familiarity with healthcare or service-based marketing.
Ability to create ad graphics or thumbnails for social platforms.
