About Us
Amino Pharm is a rapidly growing research-only wellness brand focused on transparency, education, and building meaningful relationships with our customers and partners. We’re scaling fast, especially through affiliate and creator partnerships, and we’re looking for a strong Affiliate Manager to help lead and grow this channel.
This role starts part-time at 20 hours per week with the clear pathway to transition into full-time quickly as performance and results are demonstrated.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager with 3–5+ years in affiliate programs, ideally in the health, wellness, fitness, nutrition, supplements, or performance category.
Your role is to recruit, activate, manage, train, and grow affiliates & influencers in the program — improving performance, campaign structure, communication, and payouts optimization.
You will work closely with leadership to build and execute affiliate growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Your weekly responsibilities will include:
1. Recruit & onboard new affiliates, creators, micro-influencers, and ambassador partners.
2. Manage affiliate communication (broadcast announcements, 1:1 chats, performance check-ins).
3. Monitor & track performance inside affiliate dashboards + internal sheets.
4. Optimize affiliate performance via content suggestions, best practices, product education, and campaign pushes.
5. Create weekly reports on recruitment, activation, content performance, and revenue impact.
6. Coordinate with internal marketing team on campaign calendars, product launches, and promo pushes.
Required Experience & Skills
You must have:
• 3–5+ years experience managing affiliate programs or influencer relationships.
• Experience in the wellness / supplements / health / beauty / performance / nutrition industry.
• Experience working with affiliate platforms (Everflow, Impact, Refersion, PartnerStack or similar).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to write clear outreach messages, follow up consistently, and close affiliate signups.
Soft Skills (Very Important)

Preferred (Not Required)
Nice to have but not mandatory:
• Experience working with US-based companies or influencer pipelines.
• Basic knowledge of content scripting or influencer content direction.
• Familiarity with TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts creator ecosystems.
Schedule & Compensation
• Start: Part-Time — 20 hours per week
• Can become full-time quickly upon demonstrated performance & pipeline growth
• Hours are flexible — overlap with PST mornings preferred
• Pay: Competitive (will discuss during interview based on experience)
• Eligible for performance bonuses tied to affiliate revenue and growth milestones.
