Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Independent Contractor – Real Estate Cold Caller to generate off-market real estate leads throughout Florida, with particular focus on South Florida and the Panama City/Bay County region.
This is a lead generation role only — you will not be negotiating or closing deals. Your responsibility is to initiate contact, build rapport, and qualify property owners who may be interested in selling, then forward those leads to our acquisitions team.
Responsibilities:
• Make daily outbound calls to homeowners, landowners, and small multifamily property owners in targeted Florida markets.
• Use provided call scripts and qualifying questions to assess seller motivation.
• Call from both your own sourced leads and contact lists provided by our firm for specific projects.
• Gather and record accurate property and owner details in our CRM.
• Forward qualified leads directly to the acquisitions team.
• Maintain consistent communication and meet weekly performance and lead-generation goals.
Requirements:
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Native or neutral American accent is strongly preferred.
• Confident and professional phone presence with strong communication skills.
• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated — able to work independently.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales preferred.
• Familiarity with Florida real estate markets — especially Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and the Panama City area — is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) is a plus but not required.
Compensation Structure:
• $800/month base contractor pay.
• Bonuses and commissions for any deals that close from your qualified leads.
• You will operate as an independent contractor (Form 1099) — responsible for your own taxes, tools, and work setup.
• Flexible hours — you control your schedule as long as targets are met.
