Our mission is to design gear that performs as beautifully as it looks. TERA is part of the same team behind Chapie, the viral heat-resistant lip care brand featured on Good Morning America and trusted by over 160,000 customers.

We’re looking for a Shopify & Graphic Design Assistant to help bring our brands to life online through clean, high-impact visuals and landing pages.
If you love great design, understand e-commerce layout flow, and can work fast with tools like Shopify and Canva, this role is for you.
(No coding required.)

What You’ll Do

Update and build Shopify pages using the Theme Editor (Online Store 2.0)

Design and upload visuals for homepages, product pages, and campaigns

Create graphics in Canva for website banners, email campaigns, and social media

Generate product and lifestyle images using AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.)

Support seasonal campaigns and new product launches

Maintain consistent brand design for both TERA and Chapie

What You Bring

Solid experience using Shopify’s theme editor (no coding needed)

Excellent Canva design and layout skills

Familiarity with AI image generation (Midjourney, DALL·E, Leonardo, etc.)

Sharp eye for detail, typography, and visual balance

Organized and self-managing with good communication skills

Portfolio of e-commerce, product, or lifestyle designs

Bonus Points For

Experience with Klaviyo, Tapcart, or TikTok Shop

Background in consumer brands, beauty, or outdoor gear

Understanding of conversion-focused design and UX best practices
